The DGH series self-propelled trolley type motor special drying oven is designed specifically to improve the safety and efficiency of motor and electrical winding immersion drying, and is also suitable for heating and drying processes that require a large amount of ventilation during the heating process. This series of products has the advantages of good safety, excellent energy-saving effect, and good temperature uniformity, which can replace the non explosion proof electric blast drying oven commonly used in the motor and electrical industry with a high accident rate.
Main performance characteristics:
1. Selected high-precision intelligent digital temperature controllers from home and abroad, programmable temperature control, with PID parameter self-tuning;
2. Install an over temperature alarm protection system that can emit sound and light alarm signals and automatically cut off the heating power supply when the temperature is abnormal;
3. Choose a reasonable hot air circulation method (bottom heating horizontal air supply, side heating vertical air supply, etc.) according to the different placement of the baked products, to make the temperature in the studio more uniform and achieve better drying and curing effects of the coils;
4. There is a track laid at the bottom of the oven, and the trolley is automatically driven in and out by a motor on the track. The driving part is isolated from the working room to ensure its service life
5. A safe electric heater with low surface load and low surface temperature eliminates the main source of explosion hazards;
6. The box is equipped with explosion-proof doors, which can minimize losses in case of accidents.
7. The forced exhaust method of the high air volume motor throughout the entire process ensures that the concentration of hazardous gases inside the box remains within a safe range;
8. The full circulation ventilation method and unique hot air circulation system ensure that the equipment has good temperature uniformity throughout the entire heating process;
Due to extensive ventilation, the solvent vapor in the studio remains at a low concentration, which accelerates the evaporation rate of the solvent in the insulation paint of the dried winding, shortens the heating time, and improves work efficiency;
According to user requirements, the following functions can be optionally selected:
1. The control cabinet can be selected according to user requirements, such as independent [purchased parts], wall mounted, connected, etc. for independent control or nearby control;
2. The insulation resistance tester can measure the insulation resistance of the baked winding at any time;
3. The temperature recorder records the temperature curve of the entire working process, and can be used with or without a paper recorder;
4. The drip tray can prevent insulation paint from leaking;
5. Computer centralized control system, one computer can remotely control the temperature control program setting, temperature curve recording and other functions of multiple drying ovens, with convenient operation and reliable control.
6. There are tracks laid at the bottom, and different trolley driving methods such as manual drive, motor self drive, and traction trolley drive can be selected according to the weight of the baked products;
7. Electrical control adopts touch screen PLC control
